These Terms of Service govern your use of the BrewLog application and website, provided by KRH Digital. By using BrewLog, you agree to these terms.


1. Beta Software

BrewLog is currently in beta. Beta software may contain bugs, incomplete features, or unexpected behavior. By joining the beta program, you understand and accept this.

2. Intended Use

BrewLog is a personal record-keeping tool for home brewers. It is designed to help you organize and track your brew recipes, batches, and tasting notes. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and all brewing decisions you make. KRH Digital is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the use of this app.

3. Legal Compliance

Home brewing laws vary by jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring your brewing activities comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

4. No Warranty

BrewLog is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KRH Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of BrewLog, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. We'll notify beta users by email if we make material changes. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
